Need help with Chyawan (چیاوان)? This page explains how to reach us, when we reply, and how to report a problem or delete your account.

1Reach us in the app

Open the Chyawan app.
Go to Account → Help & contact.
Search the frequently asked questions, open a new ticket or start a live chat. Sign in to open a ticket or chat live.

2Support hours

Every day, 09:00–22:00 Baghdad time. We reply during these hours.

3Report a problem

With an order: open the order in the app and tap the help button. This opens a new ticket about that order.
With a product, a store or a review: you can report a review, a product or a store in the app, and block the author of a review with "Block this person"; undo it in Settings → Blocked people. We review reports within 24 hours.
If you cannot sign in: use the email or phone below.

4Delete your account

Delete your account in the app (Account → Settings → Delete account), or ask us through Support in the app. See the account deletion page: chyawan.com/en/delete-account
